1/3 cup oats cooked with:
1 cup of water,
1/2 tsp macca powder,
1 tsp acai powder,
1 tsp chia seeds,
1 tsp cinnamon,
5 blueberries
once cooked top off with more blueberries (I use frozen), goji berries, 1 tbsp almond mylk, more cinnamon and some granola! YUM
